Does this cell phone look like a hash brown?

A Connecticut man claims that thing in his hands was a McDonald's hash brown, not a cell phone, after a Westport police officer pulled him over earlier this year, and gave him a ticket for distracted driving. Stiber was granted a retrial that’s scheduled to start December 7th. We will keep you posted.
