Mystery Machine Spotted in Falmouth Maine, But Scooby-Doo Missing

It's not every day you see the Mystery Machine roll up in your neighborhood Walmart.

If you aren't familiar with the Mystery Machine, well...your childhood was missing the best detective dog ever: Scooby-Doo. According to Google:

The Mystery Machine is the official vehicle of the crime-fighting gang that makes up the main cast of the long-running TV show and film franchise "Scooby-Doo." The van is immediately recognizable by fans of the series, appearing in both animated and live-action form over the franchise's 50-year run.

The rain has been a bit depressing. When I saw this van, I had to smile. I asked if it was okay to take a picture and they were thrilled. It appeared to be a mom and daughter and the daughter drove.

I asked why a Mystery Machine and the young girl driver said, 'Just because...'. She is 16 years old and her name is Penelope. She was very sweet and turned a minivan into something that made a rainy day a little bit better.

It made me think of Scooby-Doo and for the rest of the day, I said 'Ruh-roh Raggy' a lot.
