Mayor Strimling Makes Good On Super Bowl Bet, Shaves His Head

Well, it looks like Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling followed through with the Super Bowl bet he made with the mayor of Portland, Pennyslvania, as videotaped live on WMTW's Facebook page. He lost the bet when the Eagles beat the Patriots. The penalty: He had to shave off his hair completely.
