Might we recommend making plans to be at a Maine beach, pool or maybe even out on the boat in the coming days? It's going to be getting pretty toasty here in the Sunshine State. Oops, that's Florida, Maine is the Pine Tree State, but we might as well use both slogans for the upcoming week.

According to the Weather Channel Much of Maine will get into the mid to upper 90s on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of the upcoming week. Each one of the three days will be hotter than the last respectively. Tuesday Central Maine should see temperatures top out at about 95 degrees while folks in Southern Maine will actually see temps a few degrees lower. A bit strange considering normal logic tells you that the further south you go the warmer it gets.

At this point many places are going to start selling out of things like kiddie-pools and air conditioners but it's certainly still worth a shot to check around if you are in need of any of those heat-beating items.. who knows if you'll find them, but I hope you do. That way I don't have to read your Facebook posts about how you're so hot and have no way to cool off.
