Maine Life Real Estate ranks the towns and cities with increases in sales and then highlights the shifts in the market and changes to the median sales prices. Mainebiz broke it all down.

A decade ago Biddeford and Sanford, Maine were the butt of jokes and today they are seeing steady growth. It's all about affordability and access to amenities. Rob Edgerley of Maine Life Real Estate told Mainebiz that those remain the priorities and it puts these areas in a good position to keep growing.
Bethel was the top town for 2023 and this year didn't even make the top 10. The same for Rockland which was number one just two years ago. So it begs the question, do you live in a 'hot' Maine real estate town or city?
