Help! My Dog Needs Wheels!

My Husky Caesar is a senior citizen. He's 15 going on 16 and has severe arthritis. He has trouble walking and falls down a lot. Caesar also takes several different medications. I've been giving serious thought to buying him a "wheel chair" for dogs or a stroller. Both are very expensive, plus there's no guarantee either option will work.
