Located at the Maine Tasting Center, this nonprofit organization is on a mission to uplift Maine’s farmers, fishermen, and small-scale producers. Through immersive educational experiences, storytelling, and tastings, visitors gain a deeper appreciation for the state’s unique culinary landscape.
Available seven days a week from June through October, the drop-in classes provide a fun and flexible way to engage with Maine's food heritage. The Flavors of Maine 101 class offers a well-rounded introduction to the local food scene, while the 201 series delves into specific industries, such as seafood, dairy, craft beverages, and more, providing participants with an insider’s look into the state’s food ecosystem.
