It's an American Grill that sits in the heart of Lewiston and has been a fixture for many years. But now, this place is embracing a new and bold chapter.
Fish Bones Grill has new owners. Paul and Kate Landry, previous owners have retired and now, Chef Floyd Goding, his wife Megan Cry, Ryan Costello and his wife Brittany have taken over.
But don't worry, because you'll still be showered with the traditions you expect but now with a fresh and exciting spin.
A Beloved Lewiston Grill Gets a Fresh New Flavor
The refined dishes and upscale seafood will still be there waiting for your taste buds but now with seasonal additions. Not to mention, the APPS, like the bang-bang shrimp are on fire!
We were lucky enough to chat with Megan and Ryan who’s crew is leaning into a more electric vibe, with live music, oyster shucking parties, lobster lollypops, and creative shrimp cocktails. Well-known musician, Toby McCallister just recently put one a hell of a show.
This is going to make Fish Bones even more of a favorite than before. We don't know how you could love this spot more, but we'll find out.
Megan brings a warm sense of hospitality and talent, she is married to the restaurants chef and Ryan is coordinating all the events and operations with his concierge level experience.
