Soon, the residents of Farmington, students at UMF, and the people living in the surrounding area, will have a new option when it comes to pizza.

According to the KJ, approval has been given for the construction of a Domino's Pizza location on Wilton Road in Farmington.

The article explains that the franchisee, HF Enterprises owner Fernando Jantorno Stelser, got approval for the construction of the pizzeria in October.

The location will be located at 596 Wilton Road, next to Coldwell Banker Sandy River Real Estate, on a plot of land that used to be occupied by a hot dog stand.

Stelser's career with the pizza chain began 17 years ago when he started working as a delivery driver.  He bought his first Domino's location twelve years ago.  The Farmington restaurant will be his 10th location.  Apparently, he had tried to open a location in the Farmington area several years ago, but could not find the right space for it.

The Farmington Domino's Pizza will be located in a small, stand alone, building.  Like most Domino's locations, it will be geared toward take-out orders, but it will have seating for about 20 people.  The plan is for the building to have about fifteen parking spaces.  As is often the case, the Farmington location will have extended hours.  Typically, it will be open from 10:30 AM to 1 AM.

While construction on the building has yet to be started, Stelser hopes to have the new location open by the middle of 2022.

We wish this new addition to the Farmington area the best of luck!
