El Rayo Now Open in Downtown Portland

El Rayo is back. After moving from their York Street location, they are now open on Free Street in Downtown. But there is one small change for now...

For now they are only serving breakfast and lunch from 7 am to 3 pm...but will add dinner soon.

They are now at 26 Free Street...their old place on York Street (where a gas station was) is now a 5 story commercial and residential building with parking. They closed almost a year ago and we had to go to Scarborough to have the delicious food. It really is good.

I may just have to have a breakfast burrito. Great...I just got myself hungry. Welcome back to Portland El Rayo...
