Edaville Family Theme Park In Massachusetts Will Not Open This Summer Due To COVID-19
There will be no summer fun for the family at this theme park in Carver, Massachusetts. Edaville Family Theme Park has decided not to open its doors this summer, because of concerns about COVID-19. That's according to a statement on the theme park's website. The statement mentions Governor Baker's four-phase plan to reopen Massachusetts, and the decision to remain closed is based on these directives. The attraction hopes to be open by November for the popular Christmas Festival of Lights, which is an annual tradition at Edaville.
The statement also says Edaville is using this time "to improve and update the Edaville experience."
Edaville Family Theme Park is best known for its dinosaur park, the Cran Central Junction-Ellis Playhouse, and Thomas the Tank Engine ride, among other rides and attractions.
