A Sugar Glider is a tiny marsupial, native to Australia, that can glide through the air like a flying squirrel.
According to WMUR, someone from Hampshire county surrendered 44 Sugar Gliders to the MSPCA last week.
They became very overwhelmed when they started to reproduce at a rapid pace, the news station reported, and 27 males and 17 females are in need of Fur-ever homes for the holidays.
The MSPCA says Sugar Gliders are playful, social, creatures that can make great pets for people who are willing to provide the specialized care that these small mammals require, according to WMUR.
Anyone who is interested in adopting one or five of these precious angel babies can send inquiries to the Boston adoption center at adoption@mspca.org, or methuen@mspca.org.
