If you've visited the Rock Row development in Westbrook over the past few months, you've undoubtedly seen a sign that promised Cowbell burger bar would be "coming soon". In fact, the "coming soon" sign had been up for so long that residents were beginning to lose hope that the business would actually open. After a handful of delays, Cowbell will open, and plans to have their grand opening celebration in February.

Shared on Facebook by Rock Row, the exact date of the grand opening for Cowbell Westbrook is still up in the air, but will happen in February for sure. The Westbrook location will join Biddeford, Lewiston, and Scarborough in the Cowbell family of restaurants. Similar to the locations in those cities, Cowbell Westbrook will feature over 25 different burger options and 25 beers on tap. They'll also offer a variety of other menu items and drinks as well.

The other three locations of Cowbell also offer something else that Rock Row in Westbrook could use: some entertainment. The other Cowbell locations are consistently featuring live music, ladies night, trivia night, and additional specials as well. While nothing has been announced yet, you can reasonably assume Cowbell Westbrook will also feature some live entertainment.

When Cowbell does officially open, it'll join several other businesses that have recently joined Rock Row including Firehouse Subs, Crumbl Cookies, Sports Clips, and REI. As Rock Row moves into their next phase of development, they've been asking for suggestions on what people would like to see join the ranks at Rock Row in the future.
