Caesar Gets Rejected By Local Dog Camp Because He’s Too Old

Maybe it was the bow tie… My Husky Caesar was dressed to impress for his big interview with resume in hand… errr paw.

But, it didn't matter. He was rejected because of his age.

I told the staff at this particular dog care center three separate times that my Husky was elderly and had arthritis in his back legs -- when I initially called, when I took a tour of the facility and when I came again with Caesar for his "interview." Instead of letting me know upfront that my dog would not qualify because of his age, they wasted four hours of my precious time. Not to mention, when I picked him up, he was filthy dirty with mud caked all over him. How unprofessional!

I might have to cancel my vacation if I can't find a place that doesn't discriminate against elderly dogs. Poor baby!
