With things returning to normal after the COVID-19 pandemic, people are once more returning to their favorite theaters to see stories brought to life through song and dance.

One of these theaters, the Citizens Bank Opera House in Boston, Massachusetts, has hosted countless touring Broadway productions. This writer has seen Jersey Boys, Hadestown, and Wicked at the majestic, 2677-seat venue, all of which were top-caliber productions and well worth the trip.

Now, Broadway In Boston has officially announced their 2023-2024 season of shows that will be coming to the Citizens Bank stage. Without further ado, here's a look at the lineup:

If the Frozen musical is anything like the movie, the production is sure to be an icy opening spectacle that folks of all ages will love. This writer hasn't seen Moulin Rouge!, but is definitely interested in going, as she's well-aware of the show's popularity (plus the trending thirst traps). We're not too familiar with Girl From the North Country, but it apparently features the songs of Bob Dylan. Company and MJ the Musical both pique yours truly's interests. The former (with music and lyrics by the late, great Stephen Sondheim) tells of a single man's interactions with his married friends, while the latter is about the life and music of Michael Jackson. Wrapping up the season is Les Miserables, a popular and timeless favorite that everyone should see at least once.

Tickets are not yet on sale for these productions, but in the meantime, you can click here to learn more about Broadway In Boston's current production, Hamilton. The remainder of the current 2022-2023 season also consists of My Fair Lady, Beetlejuice, Jagged Little Pill, and Come From Away.
