Book Your Winter Getaway Direct to Orlando From Portland for Under $70
Breeze Airways now flies to Orlando, directly out of Portland!
Breeze Airways is new to Maine, and they are quickly becoming the way to head to Florida. This is the NLCC airline (Nice Low Cost Carrier), and they've just added service to Orlando International (MCO) from Portland’s International Jetport (PWM). But wait, there's more. To celebrate, they have an introductory fare of $69 one way. In fact, all of Breeze’s destinations from Maine are half-off.
Flights to Orlando are year-round on Tuesdays-Thursdays and Saturdays-Sundays. The $69 introductory fare is good now through September 18, for travel through March 7, 2024, right through the winter months. The winter months where you just want the sun of Florida. If you want to take advantage of the 50% off all routes, hurry! Those expire at midnight on Thursday, September 7.
Breeze has only been in Portland since May, with year-round nonstop service to parts of Florida, South Carolina, New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Breeze President Tom Doxey said in a press release,
We have seen incredible demand for all our new Portland routes. This new route to Orlando, our second affordable and convenient Florida route from PWM, will offer our Guests in Maine a warm, family-friendly winter vacation destination.
Tom knows that his audience and Mainers have a special relationship with Florida. They don't call Mainers snowbirds for nothing!
Wanna get the heck outta dodge when the snow starts flying? Then go fly south and do it on the cheap!
