What are the experts saying?

While Frankie is our favorite unofficial meteorologist, one of our favorite News Center Maine meteorologists, Mike Slifer, says Frankie isn't too far off. Coastal winds could reach over 45 miles per hour with the northern areas reaching speeds between 20 and 30 miles per hour.

Most of the state will see a coating to 2 inches of snow with some parts reaching up to 4 or 8 inches.

How to prepare:

Frankie's advice? BE PREPARED! Have gloves, hats, and scarves ready and order some pizzas, grab some Pepsi, charge your phones, and drink lots of tea!

Hopefully, this is the last of the white stuff we'll see until late fall.
