Question From Anonymous Listener: "Why do men lie and say things they don't mean? I just had it done to me. The last thing he said was, 'You didn't do anything wrong, but I can't be with you.'"

AJ: "Sometimes, it's easier to lie than to tell the truth. Most likely, this guy is trying to spare your feelings with the "It's not you, it's me" approach to breaking up. It's human nature to try to analyze what went wrong, but it's counter-productive. Let this be a lesson in what you don't want from a relationship, and move on."
