You'll Probably Giggle at This Maine License Plate (If You're 12 Years Old)

Is it a first initial and last name? Or is it a funny potty humor word spelled incorrectly? For my own 12-year old boy sense of humor, I'm gonna hope it's the second option.

I saw this car on 295 during rush hour traffic. Don't worry, I was riding on the passenger side when I snapped this photo. I giggled like crazy when I first read it. "P-Hart...P-Hart...PHART. FART. It says FART!" Myself and my driver really enjoyed it.
