Winslow Woman Drugged-Out With Her 4-Year-Old Child In Car

26-year-old Kathryn Hopkins won't be winning any "Mother Of The Year" awards. Police report they found her passed out with a needle in her arm and her 4-year-old daughter was in the car with her. It happened at a gas station in Waterville, Maine. Hopkins reportedly admitted to police that she is a heroin addict. She was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and endangering the welfare of a child. According to WMTW Channel 8, the toddler was placed in the custody of her grandparents.
This is not the first time Hopkins has been in trouble with the law. Police say she was stabbed during a drug deal, two years ago.
