Cue the music: "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands…" especially if you live in New Hampshire. The Granite State is number nine on the list of the happiest states in America.

Researchers at a company called Magnify Money came to this conclusion after looking at an Oxford Economics study of "the components of well-being," according to its website.

Sleep is the largest factor contributing to well-being, followed by other health, lifestyle and economic factors.

In case you are wondering, people in the Midwest seem to have a better chance at happiness, as six of the 10 happiest states are in that region of the U.S.A.
