Prefer a run to a walk? The Mother's Day 5K is happening at 9:15 on Sunday starting at The Portland Expo. Portland Sea Dogs mascot Slugger and his mom will lead the 13th annual Mother’s Day 5k, which benefits Maine breast cancer patients and research. If you'd rather not run, volunteer by handing out water and cheering (sign up to volunteer).

Bring Mom to a show -- Mama Mia is playing at The Merrill Auditorium featuring Windham, Maine's own Chelsea Williams! Tickets and details here.
