Super Bowl Sunday. A day in which many people all across the country will gather around the TV to watch the big game, and eat more than any other day of the year. So what exactly will people be eating this Sunday? It's interesting to take a look at the most popular Super Bowl foods by state. While some states will be eating very common foods, the foods that some states will be eating are just downright WEIRD. The website Delish compiled a list of the most popular Super Bowl foods by state, by analyzing Google search data. Here are the results for Northern New England:

Am I completely out of the loop for not knowing what paella is? According to Wikipedia, paella is a Valencian rice dish, often made with green beans, meat, and garrofó (a variety of lima beans or butterbeans). Doesn't sound like I'm missing much!

New Hampshire: Cakes And Cupcakes

Well I certainly don't have to explain what these are. Apparently, Granite Staters love their desserts, and will be indulging in many varieties of these on Sunday

Vermont: Lasagna

Who doesn't love lasagna? Layers of pasta, cheese, meat, and whatever else you want to throw in there. Folks in Vermont will be enjoying lots of it for the big game!
