Watch The Frightening Moment When A Car Crashes Into An Auburn Home

This has to be a homeowner's worst nightmare -- or at least in the top five. Imagine being at home relaxing in your favorite chair when suddenly, a car comes out of nowhere and crashes right into the side of your lovely house.

It happened yesterday afternoon in Auburn, Maine. David Charns from our news partner WMTW shared this video from Gail Shelley on his Facebook page. Shelly told Charns that the car would have hit her husband if it weren't for the street sign. It was a 4-way stop sign, and as you can see in the video below, the red car slides through the intersection, completely uproots the sign, and hits the side of her house. What a scary moment for the driver and the Shelly family! Fortunately, no one was injured.
