UPDATE: NH Bears Will Not Be Euthanized
NH Fish & Game have had a change of heart after a public outcry.
According to WMUR, a family of four black bears who were set to be euthanized will now be trapped and relocated, after many NH residents this week expressed outrage.
Fish and Game officers originally decided that the bears would need to be destroyed because they had become too comfortable with humans.
But after thousands of people signed a petition, and the Governor got involved, the bears will now be spared.
