This New England City Is Considering A Ban On Pitbulls After Child’s Death

This isn't the first time this issue has come up, and it certainly won't be the last.

Following the recent death of a child in Lowell, Massachusetts after being attacked by a pitbull, some people are saying that the breed should be banned.

According to wmur.com, City Councilor Rodney Elliott said that pitbulls "should not be allowed in the city of Lowell."
