This Dog Looks Great in Static [VIDEO]

This is so funny. I love how static looks on this adorable dog. This makes me laugh every time I see it. 

This little fur baby is filled with static and it just never gets old...

I have a short haired Chihuahua so this isn't possible, but I would love to do this to poor Paco.
