The Five Tallest Buildings in New Hampshire
New Hampshire is known for a lot of things. Tall buildings are not one of them! That's ok, we do have the tallest MOUNTAIN on the East Coast with Mt. Washington. Sorry, Massachusettes.
Here are the top 5 tallest buildings in the state.
#5 South Congregational Church in Concord-169 feet
#4 St. Mary & Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church in Nashua-185 feet
#3 Wall Street Tower Apartments in Manchester-223 feet
#2 Brady Sullivan Plaza in Manchester-259 feet
And the tallest building in the Granite State...City Hall Plaza in Manchester. 275 feet.
275 feet. Not too bad! That's taller than the tallest building in Maine (Agora Center in Lewiston) at 220 feet. And it completely towers over the tallest building in Vermont ( Decker Towers in Burlington) at 124 feet. Of course, we can't keep up with Boston-the John Hancock Building rises to 790 feet.
