TBT: Remember When Portland’s City Hall Came Alive? [VIDEO]

Back in June of 2013 as part of the Old Port Festival's 40th anniversary a company called Paintscaping created a fascinating 3D projection on the walls of City Hall. It was called  "Resurgam- I Will Rise Again" and was dedicated to the history of the devastating fires in Portland in the past.
