The best part is that even on a sunny June Friday, it looked peaceful. Like… actually peaceful. Not busy, no music blasting, just peace.  

Apparently the parking lot only allows so many cars in so this obviously keeps the beach from turning into chaos. And instead of one giant packed shoreline, there are these smaller beach sections with their own picnic tables, making it feel weirdly private and cozy. 

That’s the kind of Maine summer vibe people are actually searching for.
