Blizzard2015

The Portland Press Herald has created a totally awesome time lapse video of 36 hours of the 2015 Blizzard. It's taken from One City Center several stories above the 94.9 HOM studios in Monument Square in Portland, Maine. See how the storm progresses.

Snow accumulation totals were pretty impressive across Maine and New Hampshire for Blizzard 2015.  Some areas had over 2 feet of snow dumped in their back yards.  We have the amounts here.

There is no question, HOM listeners, that we are getting hit with a heck of a storm with this Blizzard of 2015 or Winter Storm Juno or whatever they are calling it.

Maine and New Hampshire governors have declared a state of emergency with Blizzard 2015. Air and train services have been suspended.  Parking bans and lowered speed limits are in effect.  What will this blizzard bring?  We went to the home of the world's worst weather, the Mount Washington Observatory to get the details.
