Stuff the Bus: Lewiston Auburn Shows Up in a Big Holiday Way
Hundreds of gifts, 15 nonprofits and a community of folks that relentlessly showed up for each other stronger than ever, this was Stuff the Bus and it turned generosity into pure magic this year.
If you’ve been in search of a beautiful holiday moment to bask in, the people of Lewiston/Auburn, Maine have just delivered one big miracle to last all season.
According to Justin Morin, local actor and giver, the LA Metro Chamber’s Stuff the Bus: Connections for a Cause recently wrapped up.
Justin joined the team as they jumped aboard a big bus and stuffed it with gifts and toys for nonprofits.
He said, “We literally stuffed the bus full of presents, toys, warm clothes, toiletries, pet supplies you name it, the community donated it."

15 local nonprofits partnered with the event and every one of them will directly receive these gifts to help local children, families and even our loud legged friends across the region.
Justin told me that watching them fill the bus was emotional but the real show stopper was that,
"The Lewiston-Auburn community turned up and showed out this year. It has been such an uplifting few days seeing how much has been contributed. Truly makes this old Grinch heart grow three sizes!"
And the celebration didn't stop there, last night the organizers held a beautiful party to honor the businesses, volunteers, and nonprofits for a successful event.
