Maine Just Got a “Hot Girl Summer Special” You Must Try in Windham

There are certain things you expect to see while scrolling online in Maine. Like a moose in someone's backyard or a heated debate about which restaurant has the best Italians. Maybe even a blurry pic of a UFO from Oxford County?

But, what I didn't expect to find recently was a menu item called the "Hot Girl Summer Special" which immediately made me drool. And, I'm not a drooler.

This picture from Smoked Windham, at 106 Main Street honestly had me ready to cancel my plans immediately and text the group chat to round up the girls for a visit.

Look at this thing, Smoky grilled chicken with those perfect char marks that basically whisper, "you deserve this".

Toasted garlic baguettes dusted in enough seasoning to make your ancestors proud.

This is the kind of order where you tell yourself, "I'll just have a few bites" and you're guarding the last piece of garlic bread like a dog protecting it's bone.

Also, calling it the "Hot Girl Summer Special" is honestly genius because nothing says confidence like eating a giant tray of smoke delicious chicken while holding a vodka surfside in the Maine sun pretending your life together.
