Portsmouth Police: “Suspicious Woman” Deemed… Plant

Police responded to a call, concerning Portsmouth's State Street bank on Sunday. According to the police log, the tip came in about a suspicious woman in the lobby.

The caller wasn't sure if the woman was conscious. However, she did show authorities where the woman was seated in the bank, which was not open at the time.

Upon investigation, police determined the woman in question was a potted plant.
