Portland Considers Enforcing Leash Law At Popular Dog Park

As a dog owner, I know that's it can be tough to find places to bring your pooch where they don't have to be on a leash. There's one spot in Portland that is known for allowing dogs to be leash free, but that might soon change.

According to NewCenter Maine, Portland city officials are debating whether or not to enforce leash laws at Baxter Woods in Portland. Currently, rules state that dogs can be off leash at the park, within voice command. But some folks are saying that stricter rules need to be put in place there, for the safety of visitors of the park, and wildlife.
