The words SLOW DOWN were spray painted thirteen times on Farmer Rd in Hooksett NH around 4:15 on Monday. The vandalizer is said to be an older woman. She was spotted by a highway worker as she went about her spray paint mission. She is still unidentified at the moment but whoever she is it is clear she is VERY passionate about the speed limit.
