Parents Cannot Read This Poem Without Tearing Up

This poem has been making it's way around the internet and capturing the hearts of many parents, including me! We all love to see our kids grow up but of course miss some of those special moments that we often take for granted. This poem says so much about what parents feel. It's called, "The Last Time."
