New York Brewery Had To Name A Beer After The Red Sox After Losing A Bet

These crazy bets make me want to be more of a sports fan! It is so entertaining.

According to WHDH, Brooklyn Brewery and Samuel Adams were talking some trash to each other on the Twitter during the American League Divisional Series. They decided to make a little bet that the losing city would have to post a video on Twitter of them toasting with the winner’s beer while wearing the winning brewery’s hat, AND they would have to rename a beer in their tap room after the winning team.

Well, Brooklyn Brewery is a Brewery of their word and are now pouring a "This Sox Pale Lager" in their tasting room this week. Muahahaha makes me hoppy just thinking about it. Get it? Beer? Hops? I'll see myself out.
