Take a moment and think back to Thanksgiving. Sure, turkey is decent, stuffing is tasty, mashed potatoes are always a win, but we all know the real star of the plate, the warm, delicious, flavor-packed gravy.

Somersworth, New Hampshire, which borders Berwick, Maine, just welcomed new restaurant, Gravy, to town.

Gravy grew from the already established Gravy Catering and Hospitality.

Gravy offers diners an incredibly fun, unique, and personalized experience centered entirely around their namesake, gravy!

Think of the experience like going to a frozen yogurt or ice cream shop where you pick the ice cream and then all the toppings to go with it. At Gravy, you pick the gravy that speaks to you and then you add in your protein/starch, and sides, according to Seacoast Online.

They will also offer classic combos such as Burlington Poutine and their signature Gravy Smash Burger for those who don't trust their own combination making skills.

Their gravies include something for everyone including Creole Tasso, Texas White, New England Mushroom, and more.

You can expect to find all the best comfort foods that go with gravy such as, buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and more. Toppings are where it gets really fun with an incredible variety of options from apple smoked bacon, and maple syrup to pickled egg, and duck confit. Make no mistake, while anything smothered in gravy can be considered comfort food, Gravy is nothing short of a full dining experience. Gravy also offers a full dessert menu, kids menu, milkshakes, local draft beers, and wine.

Gravy is located on 6 Main Street in Somersworth, New Hampshire in an old rail station from 1886 and was most recently a pizza place and pub. They're open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 am-9 pm.
