Here is some fantastic news for beach goers: New Hampshire's state beaches are getting ready to open, but with several restrictions, according to WMUR. Governor Chris Sununu issued some new guidelines last week that open the beaches for "active use only." This means we can't "drop a blanket" in the sand and read a book, while catching some rays. Sunbathing is to risky for possible viral spread of COVID-19 as per the report. However, people who want to power walk, run, swim or surf are more than welcome to do so. Sununu said, "The more you're moving, the more fresh air you're getting."

New Hampshire's state beaches include Hampton Beach State Park, North Hampton, North Beach, Wallis Sands, and Jenness Beach.
