What New Englander doesn't enjoy a delicious cocktail after work, out with friends, a night at the club or just relaxing at home? I'm sure there are some. Either those who don't drink or prefer a beer from the many local brewpubs in New England.

There are hundreds of cocktails to choose from when you're in the mood, but I was curious, what each of the states in New England chose as their favorite cocktail.

Business Insider shared a list created by Groupon in which they grabbed data from Google from over the past 10 years of what cocktail people in each state and Washington D.C. were searching for the most.

As far as the country as a whole goes, mojitos were the most popular with eight states searching for them, and Tom Collins was second. Neither of those were chosen by any of the New England states.

Spoiler: There's a clear favorite among all the New England states. Let's get to it!
