Marine Mammals of Maine Seeks Home for Injured and Distressed Seals [Audio]

The stranded seal pups and other marine mammals of Maine have few places to go when distressed.  The Marine Mammals of Maine organization is trying to change that and you can help.

With the closing of the University of New England's Marine Mammal Rehabilitation Center, the workers and volunteers of Marine Mammals of Maine have few choices in bringing injured & sick marine animals to a facility to aid them. There isn't a facility in Maine any more and Lynda Doughty, director of MMoMe wants to change that. They are hoping to establish a facility in Maine to help the seals and other.
