We're gonna have to wait just a little bit longer for Maine's only Blaze Pizza opening in Scarborough, Maine.

It was nearly two years ago that Blaze Pizza announced it was coming to Maine. They weren't sure where, and said either Portland, Westbrook, or Brunswick. Well, it's none of those locations. The first one will be at 451 Payne Road in Scarborough, next to the new Starbucks.

Maine has a thousand pizza places, what makes Blaze Pizza different?

Blaze Pizza is made-to-order pizzas. You'd think that would take forever, but that's the whole 'fast fire'd' concept with wood-fired stoves. A pizza takes about 3 minutes to cook. It's kind of a Chipotle concept but for pizza. The only thing that could make it better is if it was free!

Stay tuned for Maine's first Blaze Pizza's opening date!
