York’s Wild Kingdom just made an announcement of another addition to the world and everyone is so excited. This place just got a whole heck of a lot cuter then before and just as the season is gearing to wrap up!
A newborn Zebra, named Sunny says hello to the world for the first time.
Before the end of the season the zoo encouraged families on Facebook to come and visit that weekend saying,
"Welcome to the zoo little one! This foal was born today 9/19/25. Both mother and baby are doing great! Stop by this weekend to say hi, as it’s our last weekend of the season."
Celebrating his birthday the foal was born on a beautiful Friday morning.
As the zoo says, boy mom and baby zebra are doing great. The visitors who had stopped by shortly before were in for a treat! The timing could not have been more perfect.
If you've never witnessed a baby zebra taking it's first steps, it's the most adorable thing ever. Check out this video via Inside Edition YouTube, below.
I am sure this is similar to what happened at the zoo.
York's Wild Kingdom recently shared a video of mom and baby, Sunny! Check it out below.
