Maine Maple Sunday is an annual tradition that's been going on for 40 years. And with over 90+ sugarhouses and farmhouses participating in the weekend event, there are a lot of options for you to check out.

One spot will even have the first appearance from Madie Niles, a high school athlete, who has made a name, image, and likeness partnership with Hilltop Boilers.

But there's one place that has a unique maple syrup operation in Maine that'll have you saying "All aboard!" (Or you don't have to say, "All Aboard." Your call.)

Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup in Auburn has an epic treehouse train sugarhouse. In fact, if you didn't know any better you might take a quick glance and think a train somehow got stuck in a tree.

And this is a pretty new operation, too. According to a Facebook post from Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup, they started making maple syrup in the train for the first time on March 8.

How cool is it to see actual steam come out like the train is actually going somewhere?

Take a peek at what it looks like inside in this Facebook post here.

How incredible is that? It takes maple syrup making to a whole new level.

The treehouse train has been in the works for a while now.

According to WMTW, the construction of the replica train started way back in 2021 and was inspired by the TV show “Treehouse Masters.”

You can see photos of the treehouse train's progress going all the way back to 2021:

If you haven't seen it yet in person, now's the time.

According to another Facebook post from Treehouse Brand Maple Syrup, the hours you can visit on Maine Maple Sunday Weekend are from 9 am to 4 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

So get your imaginary tickets and maple syrup cravings ready, there's a treehouse train in Maine for you to catch.
