Maine Roller Derby Is Back For Another Season [VIDEO]

The Maine Roller Derby season opens this Saturday for their 10th season at 5 p.m., as The Calamity Janes take on The Rip Tides.

The action is at Happy Wheels Skate Center on Warren Avenue in Portland. Tickets are just $6 bucks in advance, $8 at the door, and kids 10 and under get in free.

If you've never been to a roller derby match, you're missing out on some exciting action. This is Maine's first women's flat track derby league, and they're celebrating their 10th season!
