Maine Business Gives Pies to All 800+ Employees For Thanksgiving

A Maine business showed its employees how thankful they are for them by giving everyone a pie from local bakeries for Thanksgiving.

It's always great to work for a company that recognizes the value of their employees and takes the time to give a little something to them to say thank you. Every Thanksgiving, Martin's Point Health Care buys over 800 pies from The European Bakery in Falmouth and Wild Oats Bakery & Café in Brunswick. They load them onto trucks and deliver them to the Martin's Point locations around the state.

Employees line up when the trucks arrive and step up to choose their flavor of pie: pumpkin, pecan, lemon or chocolate. It's something they look forward to every year as you can see by the smiles on their faces. Free pie! How can you not smile?
