Local Woman Discovers Black Widow Spider In Package

Would you freak out in a situation like this?

According to WCSH6, a Portland woman working at a Downtown clothing store discovered a black widow spider while opening a package that came from Reno, Nevada.

She managed to safely get the spider in a jar. Her boyfriend, who happens to be a spider enthusiast, took a closer look. He believed it was a Western Black Widow.

They are donating the spider to USM.

Luckily no one was injured.
