When Is Raising Cane's Grand Opening in Concord, New Hampshire?

News about Raising Cane's coming to Concord stems back to 2024, according to the Concord Monitor, when it was presented to the zoning board that the restaurant would be built near Aldi's.

Mountainside LLC shared the start of construction on Facebook in June 2025, and now, about six months later, the restaurant is set to open its doors to hungry customers.

Its website notes that the grand opening celebration kicks off at 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 13, with some fun prizes and swag for early customers.

There will even be an ice carving demonstration by Ice Breakers NH from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., if you need one more reason to check out the place. Though it's likely the long lines of chicken-finger fans would be showing up regardless.
