Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Restaurant Serves Up Frozen Margarita Flight for Pride Month
Waterview Grill is the newest addition to Portsmouth's waterfront restaurant scene, located on 37 Bow Street.
The restaurant is owned by the Labrie Group, the same folks behind River House, Jimmy's Jazz Club, and Atlantic Grill in Rye. They provide an elevated experience with a focus on quality food and impeccable ambiance.
Someone shared the photo below to the Seacoast Eats Facebook page, and it caught my attention for a multitude of reasons.
The caption read:
It’s frozen margarita flight time in celebration of pride month. Portion of proceeds go to Portsmouth outright
Who doesn't want to enjoy a cocktail while soaking in that gorgeous view? Also, a frozen margarita flight is the boozy refreshing treat I never knew I needed. I love that if you decide to order this thirst-quenching delight of a flight, you are supporting programming and resources for LGBTQ+ youth in the Seacoast area.
What is Seacoast Outright?
This organization has been providing specific resources to LGBTQ+ youth in the Seacoast area for over 30 years!
Through educational programs, annual Pride celebrations, and youth/parent support groups, they work diligently to create a safe space for youth to explore the topics of gender and sexuality.
There is no organization in our area doing the important work that they do through Seacoast Outright. We thank them for celebrating diversity and fostering an environment of love and acceptance in our community.
As if we needed more of a reason to enjoy a delicious cocktail on a gorgeous deck in Portsmouth, now we know it's for a good cause. I'M SOLD!
